Proposed transaction reflects continued focus on complex value-add opportunities in Greenlite’s core market
(October 10, 2025) – Greenlite Holdings, LLC (“Greenlite”) today announced that it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement for a 165-unit multifamily community located in an Oklahoma City submarket.
Built in the 1970s, the property appears to present a lender-driven special situation opportunity consistent with Greenlite’s value-add investment strategy. At the time of this announcement, the transaction remained subject to due diligence, financing, and customary closing conditions.
Greenlite was engaged in connection with the opportunity based on its repositioning capabilities and experience executing operational and capital improvement programs for underperforming multifamily assets. If completed, the company expected to evaluate a redevelopment and operational improvement plan designed to enhance the property’s long-term performance.
“We believe this opportunity aligns well with our long-term investment strategy and our experience in complex value-add multifamily situations,” said Jonathan Lewis, founder and CEO. “While the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, we are encouraged by the potential to apply Greenlite’s repositioning approach in one of our core markets.”
Greenlite expected to continue evaluating financing alternatives for the proposed acquisition as the transaction progressed through due diligence and the closing process.
