As part of that process, Greenlite has been working with securities counsel and other advisors to assist with offering documents, regulatory compliance, investor communications, audit coordination, and related infrastructure development. The company has also been building relationships with specialized firms across legal, financial, marketing, and branding functions as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
