Company continues to develop the infrastructure and communications framework to support future capital formation initiatives
(August 15, 2025) – Greenlite Holdings, LLC (“Greenlite”) today announced that it is preparing for planned Regulation A and Regulation D securities offerings as part of the company’s broader long-term growth strategy.
The planned offerings are intended to support Greenlite’s future capital formation objectives and provide additional flexibility as the company pursues acquisitions, repositioning opportunities, and broader platform expansion. Greenlite has been developing supporting investor communications infrastructure, including a dedicated investor portal and press release archive, as part of that preparation process.
“Our objective is to continue building Greenlite in a disciplined and thoughtful manner,” said Jonathan Lewis, founder and CEO. “These planned offerings are part of a broader effort to strengthen our platform, expand our capital formation capabilities, and support future growth.”
Greenlite’s strategy remains focused on identifying and repositioning underperforming multifamily assets through disciplined underwriting, active asset management, and strategic capital improvements. The company expects future capital formation initiatives to support continued growth in select target markets.
