(January 20, 2024) —
Greenlite Holdings, LLC (“Greenlite”) announced today that it is formalizing a corporate governance framework designed to strengthen oversight, accountability, and organizational discipline as the company continues preparing for its next phase of growth.
The governance framework is intended to support clearer decision-making, more formalized oversight, and stronger internal accountability across the business. As part of this effort, Greenlite is evaluating enhancements to its board and advisory structure, governance policies, and broader reporting and compliance processes.
“We believe strong governance is an important part of building a durable and credible platform,” said Jonathan Lewis, founder and CEO. “This effort reflects our commitment to strengthening the structure, discipline, and accountability of the business as Greenlite continues to grow.”
Greenlite views governance development as an important component of its broader institutional buildout, alongside financial reporting, investor communications, and operational infrastructure. The company expects these efforts to support long-term alignment, transparency, and responsible decision-making.
