Greenlite Holdings Formalizes Corporate Governance Framework Ahead of Securities Offerings New board and policies will emphasize transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership to attract investors

Salt Lake City, UT — (January 20, 2024) — Greenlite Holdings, LLC (“Greenlite”) announces that it is formalizing a corporate governance framework designed to strengthen oversight and enhance investor confidence as the firm prepares for its Regulation A and Regulation D securities offerings. The framework will include establishing an independent advisory board, formalizing risk management and compliance committees, and codifying policies on transparency, accountability, fairness, and responsibility—the key principles of corporate governance.

“Good corporate governance signals to investors that we are managing the business effectively, responsibly, and ethically,” said founder Jonathan Lewis. “By implementing a robust governance structure built on transparency, accountability, fairness, and responsibility, we ensure that our decisions align with the best interests of our investors and stakeholders.”

Effective corporate governance enhances trust between a company and its shareholders and is critical for attracting long‑term investors. Greenlite’s governance framework is being developed to guide decision‑making and risk management, ensuring the firm operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As part of this process, Greenlite will provide regular reporting on governance practices and board activities to promote accountability and ethical operations.
