Oklahoma City, OK – (February 11, 2026) – Greenlite Holdings, Inc. (“Greenlite” or the “Company”) announced today the appointment of Rod Turner to its Board of Directors as an independent director.

Mr. Turner is the founder and CEO of Manhattan Street Capital and brings extensive experience in capital formation, securities offerings, and investor-facing platform development. Greenlite believes his appointment supports the Company’s broader effort to strengthen its governance framework, expand its strategic oversight capabilities, and continue preparing for its next phase of growth.
