(February 14, 2020) —
Greenlite Holdings, LLC (“Greenlite”) announced today the acquisition of The Restoration on Candlewood, a multifamily community located in Oklahoma City.
The acquisition represented another step in Greenlite’s strategy of identifying and repositioning underperforming multifamily assets in select target markets. Greenlite viewed the property as a value-add opportunity where disciplined underwriting, capital improvements, and active asset management could support a broader repositioning effort over time.
“We believed Candlewood aligned well with Greenlite’s value-add approach and long-term investment strategy,” said Jonathan Lewis, founder and CEO. “The acquisition reflected our continued focus on multifamily opportunities where hands-on execution and thoughtful repositioning could create value.”
Greenlite expected to evaluate a renovation and operational improvement program designed to enhance the property’s overall performance and resident experience.
