As of this date, Greenlite Inc. does not directly own any real estate assets. Its affiliated
entity, Greenlite Holdings, LLC, organized in 2013 under common control, is the owner of Highpoint Creek Apartments, a 252-unit multifamily community located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Greenlite Inc. is not a borrower or guarantor on any loan secured by that
property.
